Sarah and Doug

Sarah and Doug were married on a beautiful July day at the Old Round Church of Richmond, http://www.oldroundchurch.com/ and celebrated their reception at The Barn at Lang Farm, http://www.langbarn.com/.

Their Vermont country wedding included so many unique details, including green sneakers for the flower girls and ring bearer, pony tails for the bride and her bridesmaids, and this beautiful nest made of green feathers, which was used to carry the rings down the aisle.

This couple radiated fun from the planning process to the very last song of the night! Highlights included the bride being carried into the reception, big prop sunglasses during the surprisingly upbeat father-daughter dance, and a rubber chicken being pulled from under the bride's dress during the garter removal!

The all-green candy buffet was a huge hit with kids and adults and was a great way to thank everyone for coming.

Another great touch was the way the couple incorporated Johnny Cash into their wedding theme by using a Johnny Cash book as their guest book and giving each table the name of one of his timeless tunes.

What a fun wedding party!

Check out the ring bearer's face! Then be sure to take a look at those kelly green shoes of his. Awesome.

What a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple!
